FSM Solar's automated cell string Lay Up System minimizes handling and improves quality process. Accurately transport and align completed cell
strings for module layout placement. Automatic 180° cell string rotation to reverse polarity. The 4-Axis servo drive position system gently picks
and places completed string layouts onto glass prior to material spreading and lamination.
An automated process for spreading & cutting module materials
FSM Solar's automated Material Spreading System allows for easy hands-free module material layup & cutting of both EVA & backsheet prior to lamination.

An automated lamination process for solar modules
FSM Solar's automated Solar Module Laminator series provides precise heating control +/- 3.6°F (2°C) with lamination areas up to 140" x 95" (3600 x 2400mm).
The unique pin-lift system allows for smooth & controlled heat transfer for added control. The Solar Module Laminator can be integrated into a fully
automated production line or be operated independently.
